Founded in 1976, the company has a product offering that ranges from mainstream products/brands (e.g., P&G, L’Oreal, Garnier) to selective beauty brands (e.g., Estée Lauder, Christian Dior, Shiseido, Chanel, etc.).
Our investment gave Ergon the possibility to invest in one of the leading regional players in the Italian perfumery retail market, with potential to become a national player through accelerated organic growth and bolt-on acquisitions. Besides, the Company had a an efficient and highly profitable business model coupled with healthy cash-flow generation providing for multiple exit options including both financial sponsors and international chains/groups willing to expand in Italy.
